Lox Salon's Policy


At Lox Salon, we understand that life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, our stylists reserve time specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows directly impact their ability to accommodate other guests.

To ensure fairness to our team and clients:

  • A valid credit card is required to book all appointments.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service total.
  • No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

We kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so our stylists have the opportunity to rebook that time with another guest. By booking with us you agree to these terms.
