What is your cancellation policy?

PLEASE NOTE NEW POLICY:

Your reservation time is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. Our artists’ income is based on commission; last minute cancellations or reschedules result in a loss of income for our artists and small business. We require a 48 hour notice from your appointment time if you so choose to cancel or reschedule.

Missed appointments, cancellations , or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of your total services to the credit card on file. To avoid fees, some appointments can be taken by friends or family for similar services.

Please call us to confirm, as hair length and density can effect the eligibility of your request to offer your appointment to friends and family.

Is there parking available near the salon?

Parking is convenient around the salon. There is non permitted street parking on side streets Spaulding Avenue and Sawyer. There is also metered parking available directly in front of the salon on Fullerton Avenue (meter number 436 122)

Why does each stylist have different pricing?

Our stylists pricing is based on education, experience and demand for their time. In the event that your stylists moved up a level and their prices exceed your budget, we ensure that all of our stylists will give you great service, skillful color/cut and product recommendations regardless of their level.

What does it mean to be a Redken Certified Colorist?

To become a Redken Certified Haircolorist, stylists must pass a comprehensive written, practical and scenario test based on hair color principles, creative color, foil placement, color correction and brand knowledge.
